Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 – Make a copy of the original directory/folder and save it to your computer.

Step 2 - Rename this new directory/folder with an appropriate name e.g. bodyvocab

Step 3 – Open Notepad™ and start a new file

Step 4 – On the first line type in your target language and the name of the vocabulary list separated by a single comma. e.g. Spanish,The body

Step 5 – Now type in your vocabulary list with one pair of words/phrases on each line separated by a comma.

la cabeza,head
la oreja,ear
el ojo,eye
