Welcome to my e-portfolio. My name is Diana Abernathy Dell.  I am currently a Ph.D. learner in the School of Education at Capella University.  My area of specialization is Teaching and Training Online. I am currently working on my comprehensives and dissertation. 

This e-portfolio represents my journey from a doctoral student to a Doctor of Philosophy.  It is a living document and will evolve as I continue my evolution as a learner and teacher.   It is the result of many hours engaged in critical reflection.  It provides insight into my knowledge, skills, and understanding of my area of specialization.  It will also assist you in understanding who I am as a person.  My philosophy, hopes, goals, and dreams for myself and the field of education are recorded on these pages as well.
