tomorrow." ~John Dewey Program Plan The program plan provides specifics regarding the Valley Park eMINTS Program. It was developed as a result of communication with key stakeholders. It details the professional development schedule and designates the facilities that will be used. Policies, technical support, preparation for professional development sessions and class visits, as well as other practical concerns are addressed. The program goals and objectives are stated, address the needs of the district, and are aligned with the Valley Park School District Technology Plan. Strategies to facilitate the transfer of learning from professional development sessions to instructional practices in the classroom are established. Additionally, plans for evaluation of the overall program and gathering feedback about the participants’ needs and progress are detailed. Valley Park School District Program Plan
